Township schedule changes due to the Corona Virus

The Township is implementing a number of changes to help reduce the spread of the corona virus among our residents and staff.

Due to the ongoing Corona Virus pandemic the Township will be implementing the following:

1. The Township Park will re-open for walkers on Friday May 1st. All visitors to the park must practice social distancing and mask wearing per CDC and Department of Health Guidelines. PLAYGOUND AND BALLFIELDS REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
2. The public will be able to access Township Supervisors meetings remotely by calling:

3. If you visit the Township Building the front door is locked. There is a box out front for sewage payments. The building will open to the public on Monday June 8th. If you would like to schedule a meeting with someone please call 724-745-8880.

Playgrounds, Pavilions, and Ballfields will reopen on Friday June 5th as Washington County transitions into the Green phase. Visitors are asked to follow CDC and Department of Health guidelines.

The front doors of the Township Building will be open starting Monday June 8th. All public meetings will be open to the public and via our tele-conference line. We are asking visitors to comply with CDC and Department of Health guidelines.

UPDATE FROM WASTE MANAGEMENT: Beginning Monday May 4th Waste Management will begin to collect bulk items and yard waste again. Please note all waste must be in a container or garbage bag to be collected.
